Product Update: Send Estimates from Workflows

All right, Sean here with Attractzen with a excited about part two of our automation of invoices and estimates with an announcement that you can now automate the sending of estimates. So when you're in a workflow, let's say you have a trigger based off of whatever when you visited a customer or a field was updated with what the estimate amount is gonna be or whatever, you can now go under actions, you can type in estimates and you'll see send estimate.

you need to have, excuse me, you need to have an estimate template already set up and are invoices and estimates. As long as you do that, now you're gonna have a choice of from user and you're gonna be able to select the template that you want to use. Now I would recommend keeping this in test mode to begin with, but you can basically automate the sending of invoices and estimates. And this can be triggered off of a number of parameters.

You know, if you're triggering off of the size of a house or if you're triggering off the size of a job or something like that, you can do that all right in here.
