Hello, it’s Melanie from the dev team with a quick update for you within the workflow builder.
If you are using the note added trigger you can then create an if-else condition and you can use the note description you now will notice that this note description is one of the options from the drop-down list and then when you go to select the operator you can choose is not contains does not contain is not empty or is empty and then you can add this condition to the workflow builder of course once you customize this however you’d like you’ll need to save the action and then make sure you save the workflow but we just wanted to let you know that we’ve added this if-else condition for the note description so that you can now utilize this within your workflows for your customizations that’s all for now and I’ll have more updates soon thanks.
