Hey, it’s Melanie from the dev team with some updates for you regarding the workflow builder and custom values or merges fields,

I wanted to show you here a sample internal notification that I’m creating if I come over here to the custom values which are also known as merge fields we’ve added a couple regarding time zone so if you go into contact time zone you can select that for the contacts time zone from their contact record or if you go into the appointment you can also select the time zone from there so these two custom values or merge fields can now be used within an internal notification or an email or any other thing that you are creating within the workflow builder so that’s all for now and of course, I’ll keep sharing more updates as we release new features have a great day I’ll talk to you soon.
