Stop Publishing Broken Workflows: Attractzen Now Validates Before You Go Live

September 16, 2026

Your Automations Are Only as Good as What Actually Gets Published

There is a common frustration in business automation: you build a workflow, you hit publish, and something breaks — silently. A misconfigured trigger. A missing field in an action. A step that looked fine in the editor but fails the moment a real contact enters the sequence.

That's over. Attractzen now stops broken workflows at the gate before they can reach a single customer.

What Changed: A Validation Gate on Every Publish

When you click Publish on any workflow, Attractzen now runs a full validation check across every step. If unresolved configuration issues are found, the publish is blocked and you're shown exactly what needs to be fixed — right there, without hunting through menus or guessing.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • One unified error view. All validation errors — from every part of the workflow — are collected into a single Resolve Errors sidebar. No more scattered warnings across different screens, no more inconsistency between what you see in the builder versus what the system actually catches.
  • Two clear actions per error. For each issue, you can jump directly to the problem step or ask the built-in AI assistant to help resolve it. No digging required.
  • Save anytime, publish only when clean. Auto-save and manual save now work even when errors are present. You can stop mid-build, save your progress, and come back later. The workflow won't block you from saving — it just won't go live until the issues are resolved.

Why This Matters for Your Business

Every broken workflow that slips into production has a cost. It might mean a lead who never gets their follow-up. A customer who receives a message at the wrong time. A pipeline stage that never advances. These aren't just technical errors — they're lost revenue, missed opportunities, and a worse experience for the people you're trying to serve.

The new validation gate closes that gap. Only complete, correctly configured workflows can go live, which means your automations do exactly what you built them to do, every time.

How to Use It

  1. Open any workflow in Attractzen and click Publish.
  2. If errors exist, a modal appears listing every unresolved issue.
  3. Click Review Issues to open the Resolve Errors sidebar.
  4. For each error, choose Open Step to jump to the affected trigger or action, or use AI Assist to get a guided fix.
  5. Resolve all issues, then publish your clean, validated workflow.

Built on a Year of Validation Work

This publish gate is the final layer on top of comprehensive validation coverage built across all triggers and actions over the past year. The result is an end-to-end system where configuration problems are caught early, surfaced clearly, and resolved before they can affect a single contact in your pipeline.

You built the automation to run your business more reliably. Now the platform makes sure it actually does.
