Take Full Control of Your Meta Ad Budget: Campaign Budget Optimizer Is Now in Attractzen

October 01, 2026

Your Meta Ad Spend Just Got a Lot Smarter

Running Meta campaigns inside Attractzen has always saved you the back-and-forth between platforms. Now it gives you even more control over one of the most important levers in any paid campaign: how your budget is managed and where it goes.

Attractzen's Ad Manager now includes full Meta Campaign Budget Optimizer support — so you can decide exactly whether Meta should distribute your budget automatically across ad sets, or whether you want to stay in control at the individual ad set level.

What's New in Ad Manager

1. Choose Where Your Budget Lives

When building or editing a Meta campaign inside Attractzen, you now choose between two budget modes:

  • Campaign Budget — Set one total budget for the campaign. Meta distributes spend across your ad sets automatically based on performance.
  • Ad Set Budget — Define and manage a separate budget for each individual ad set, giving you precise control over how much each audience segment receives.

2. Optional Budget Sharing Across Ad Sets

If you're running Ad Set budgets and you want a little flexibility, you can now enable budget sharing. This allows Meta to redistribute up to 20% of any individual ad set's budget toward better-performing ad sets — while you maintain control over each ad set's baseline spend.

It's the best of both worlds: structured ad-set-level control with a smart performance buffer built in.

3. Daily and Lifetime Budget Types

Whether you're running an always-on campaign or a time-bound promotion, both Daily and Lifetime budget types are supported. When budgeting at the ad set level, each ad set gets its own budget and schedule configuration.

4. Bid Strategy Controls

Choose the right bid strategy for your campaign goal:

  • Highest Volume — Maximize the number of results within your budget.
  • Cost Per Result Goal — Set a target cost at the ad set level and let Meta optimize toward it.

5. Edit Budgets After You Publish

Circumstances change — and your campaign budget should be able to change with them. Budget settings can now be updated after a campaign is published. You can switch between Campaign Budget and Ad Set Budget modes post-launch, with the required budgets automatically surfaced for the applicable ad sets.

Note: Meta may temporarily restrict additional budget changes immediately after an update, per Meta's own editing rules.

6. In-Builder Guidance

Not sure which mode to choose? The campaign builder now includes contextual explanations of how Campaign Budget and Ad Set Budget work — right where you need them, without leaving the workflow.

Why This Matters for Your Business

Before this update, Meta budget controls inside Attractzen were more limited. Advertisers who wanted precise ad-set-level management had to work around constraints or rely on Meta's automation more than they preferred.

Now you have both options — and the ability to blend them with budget sharing when it makes sense. Whether you're a hands-on media buyer who wants to control every dollar, or you prefer to let Meta's algorithm optimize spend across a campaign, Attractzen's Ad Manager supports your approach.

This is especially valuable for:

  • Multi-audience campaigns where different ad sets serve different buyer personas or geographies
  • Testing and experimentation where you need consistent spend per ad set to get clean data
  • Performance-driven campaigns where budget sharing lets Meta chase the best results dynamically
  • Budget-conscious advertisers who want to set firm daily or lifetime caps without surprise overages

How to Get Started

  1. Go to Ad Manager inside Attractzen and open an existing Meta campaign or create a new one.
  2. Under Budget, select either Campaign Budget or Ad Set Budget.
  3. If using Ad Set Budget, decide whether to enable the 20% budget sharing option.
  4. Configure your Daily or Lifetime budget and choose your Bid Strategy.
  5. For Ad Set Budget campaigns, open each ad set to set its individual budget, schedule, and cost-per-result goal if applicable.
  6. Review your campaign and publish — or save as a draft to revisit later.
