How to Connect Attractzen to Claude.ai via MCP
Video Overview:
Want Claude to work directly inside your Attractzen AI Workforce CRM? With a quick MCP (Model Context Protocol) connection, Claude can look up information, edit and update records, and perform other CRM actions like searching contacts and deals — all from a chat window. Here's how to set it up.
Note: this walkthrough is specifically for Claude on the web (claude.ai). Claude Desktop uses a different setup process, covered in a separate guide.
1. What This Connection Does
This integration links Claude Web to your Attractzen AI Workforce CRM through an MCP custom connector. Once connected, Claude can:
Look up information in your CRM
Edit and update records
Perform other CRM actions, like searching contacts and deals
2. Open Claude Web and Go to Connectors
Log in to claude.ai in your browser.
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.
Select Settings.
Scroll to Connectors — this is where Claude connects to external services like Gmail or Google tools.
3. Add a Custom MCP Connector
Click Add.
Choose Add custom connector.
Enter a connector name, such as Attractzen or MCP Web.
Paste in the remote MCP server URL provided for Attractzen.
Important: this URL is specific to Anthropic/Claude and will not work in ChatGPT. While the MCP setup is designed to work across AI platforms, this walkthrough focuses on Claude Web.
4. Connect and Authorize the Attractzen App
After adding the connector, Claude will prompt you to connect.
A new window opens for the Attractzen app — click Install.
Sign in with your Attractzen email and password.
Complete two-factor authentication if prompted.
Confirm by clicking Allow and install.
If you manage multiple sub-accounts, you may be able to choose which one to connect.
5. Verify the Connector Is Active
Return to Claude Settings > Connectors.
You should see your custom connector listed with an installed/active status.
If it doesn't appear right away, try logging out and back in, or refreshing the page.
6. Use Claude to Query Your CRM
Once connected, you can ask Claude to perform CRM actions directly in chat. For example, asking how many contacts are in the CRM prompts Claude to request permission to run a search operation. You can approve individual requests, or choose Always allow for repeated actions. Claude then retrieves the data straight from Attractzen.
7. What You Can Do Next
This connection supports a wide range of CRM tasks, including:
Looking up people
Searching deals
Creating deals
Updating records
From here, the use cases are largely limited by your imagination. A separate guide covers connecting Claude Desktop, which uses a different setup process — but for most users, Claude Web is the simpler option to start with.
