Keep Your Team in the Loop: Automate Internal Comments in Attractzen Conversations

October 25, 2026

No More Manual Context-Dropping

If your team relies on conversations to manage leads, clients, or support — you know how easy it is for context to fall through the cracks. Someone handles a contact in the morning, a teammate picks it up in the afternoon, and suddenly no one knows what was said, what was promised, or what needs to happen next.

That problem just got a lot smaller. Attractzen workflows can now automatically post internal comments directly inside conversations — triggered by any workflow event, populated with the context you choose, and targeted to the exact team members who need to see it.

What's New

A new Add Internal Comment action is now available in your Attractzen workflow builder. When added to any workflow, it posts a comment to the associated conversation automatically — without sending anything to the customer.

You can write the comment text yourself, pull in dynamic values (like a lead's name, source, or pipeline stage), and @mention specific team members to alert them directly. Mentions appear right in the conversation thread, so the right person sees the note the moment they open the chat.

The comments appear in the conversation history alongside regular messages — giving your team full context without switching between tools, sending internal Slack messages, or relying on memory.

Real-World Use Cases

  • High-priority lead routing: When a lead hits a score threshold, automatically add an internal comment mentioning the sales rep with a brief summary and suggested next steps.
  • Appointment follow-up: After a booking is confirmed, post a comment to the rep's conversation thread with the appointment details and prep notes.
  • Stage transitions: When an opportunity moves to a new pipeline stage, auto-post an internal comment with the reason for the move and any relevant context captured in the workflow.
  • After-hours escalation: When a contact submits a high-value inquiry outside business hours, post an internal comment flagging it so the first rep in the next morning sees it immediately.

Why This Matters for Your Business

Internal communication in fast-moving sales and service environments is notoriously inconsistent. Your workflows are already doing the heavy lifting of routing contacts, sending messages, and updating records — now they can also keep your team informed in real time, inside the exact conversation where they need the information.

This eliminates the gap between automation and human handoff. Instead of a rep opening a conversation cold, they see a clear internal note telling them what happened, what was triggered, and what to do next.

How to Set It Up

  1. Go to Automation → Workflows in your Attractzen account.
  2. Open an existing workflow or create a new one.
  3. Add the Internal Comment action at the point in the workflow where the comment should be posted.
  4. Write your comment text — use dynamic values to pull in contact or opportunity data.
  5. Add @mentions for any team members who should be alerted.
  6. Save and publish the workflow.

Changes take effect immediately once the workflow is live. No additional setup is required.
