Fix Your A2P SMS Campaign Rejection Faster — Attractzen Now Shows You Exactly What to Do

October 11, 2026

Getting an A2P rejection used to feel like a dead end

Your SMS campaign gets rejected. You open the rejection modal and see a wall of generic carrier guidance that wasn't written for how you set things up. You try to fix what it describes, resubmit, and wait — only to get rejected again for the same reason, or a different one you still can't place.

That cycle ends now.

Attractzen has completely rewritten the rejection guidance inside the View required fixes modal. Instead of generic carrier language that applies to every registration method, you now see instructions tailored specifically to how you set up your campaign — whether that was through the Chat Widget quick setup or through manual registration.

What's changed

Guidance that matches your actual setup

The most common rejection reasons now show separate, specific instructions based on your registration path:

  • Chat Widget (Quick Setup): guidance points you to the right place in the Chat Widget configuration.
  • Manual Setup: guidance points you to the right fields in your manual campaign settings.

This distinction matters because the fix for the same rejection reason is often in a completely different place depending on how you registered.

Plain-language explanations of what actually happened

Each rejection reason now begins with a clear explanation of what triggered it — in plain English, not carrier shorthand. You'll know what happened before you see the steps to fix it.

Know when the problem isn't yours to fix

Some rejections are caused by platform-generated content — like consent wording in the Chat Widget — that you didn't write and can't change yourself. Attractzen now tells you when that's the case, points you directly to support, and prevents you from wasting a resubmission attempt on something outside your control.

Exact wording where carriers require it

For rejection reasons like privacy policy verification, the updated guidance includes the exact language carriers require. No guessing, no interpretation needed — just copy, apply, and resubmit.

Know when a resubmission won't help yet

For structural issues — like a business type mismatch — the guidance now tells you what needs to change at a deeper level before resubmitting makes sense. This saves you time and keeps your submission history clean.

Why this matters for your SMS strategy

A2P compliance is non-negotiable for business texting. If your campaign registration is rejected and you can't resolve it quickly, your outbound SMS is blocked — leads don't get your follow-ups, appointment reminders don't go out, and your automation grinds to a halt.

Faster, more accurate rejection resolution means less time in limbo and fewer missed touchpoints. It also means less time spent on support tickets for issues you can resolve yourself with the right guidance.

What to do if you have a pending rejection

Open your phone number settings, find the rejected campaign, and click View required fixes. The updated guidance is live now. Work through each flagged reason using the new step-by-step instructions, then resubmit.

If a fix note says to contact support, do that first — resubmitting before a platform-side issue is resolved won't change the outcome.
