Hey, it’s Melanie from the dev team with some updates for you regarding the membership section of your system and specifically videos.

if you navigate to the settings and site details and scroll all the way to the bottom where you can toggle on or off the download capability for members to be able to download your videos if this is toggled on they will be able to download videos if it’s toggled off they will not be able to download the videos once you’ve set this up as you desire to go ahead and click save to confirm your changes another thing to keep in mind is we did change the video hosting capabilities within the membership section previously the videos could only be up to 720p now the videos can be up to 1080p which is a higher quality video which will give your members a better viewing experience so just keep that in mind as well that’s all for now and of course, I’ll share more updates as we continue to release new features have a great day.
