Hey, it’s Melanie from the dev team with an update for you the payment section of your system now has an invoice feature.
So you can create invoices if you navigate to payments and invoices you’ll see a page that looks like this where you can search any invoices that you’ve already created you can view a list of your outstanding or previously created invoices here and then you can also click new to create a new invoice let’s take a look at how to create an invoice now once you click into the invoice builder you’ll see this template where you can create an invoice you can select a file if you want to include an image you can add a client and you can choose a contact from your system and it will automatically populate their information you can customize the invoice number the issue and the due date and then your company information will populate here you can also see where there’s some missing information that I can fill in here and then down here I can add an item I can select a product and a price and click save and I can add multiple items and then this will populate with the subtotal and the amount due I can also add a discount if I’d like and then here at the bottom I can add notes and terms conditions anything else like that that I would like to include as well once I’m satisfied with the invoice template I can save it in the top right corner I can preview it in the top right corner as well to see what it will look like for the customer or client that I’m sending it to and then I can click send to send out the invoice it’s as easy as that to create and send invoices that’s all for now and of course I’ll share more updates as we continue to release new features for you have a great day.
