Country Picker for Phone Numbers in Order Form

Hey, it’s Melanie from the dev team with an update for you regarding the funnel builder and order forms.

So here within the order form you’ll see we have a field for a customer to enter their phone number and if you go to the advanced settings and scroll down you’ll see this enable country picker that can be toggled on or off so in a preview of what the actual form looks like this is what it will look like when the country picker is enabled so this means because I’m located in the united states the form is smart enough to know that I’m at a physical location based in the U.S so I can type in a U.S phone number here if you choose to toggle that feature off and disable it it’s going to assume that wherever your system is located so if your account is located in the united states or the UK or Australia or south Africa or anywhere else it’s going to use that location to default for the phone number so because I’m based in the united states if I had this toggled off anybody could type in any phone number but it’s going to assume the united states so I could type in 805-555-1234 and that would work because it’s a united states phone number somebody else could do plus six one and you know enter their country code and still enter their phone number and that’s totally fine if this is toggled off again if it’s toggled on the country will be auto selected here um using that country picker so it’s as easy as just toggling on or off that feature and then just making sure to save that within your funnel changes that’s all for now and of course I’ll share more updates as we keep releasing new features for you have a great day.
