Hey, It’s Melanie from the dev team with a quick update for you in the workflow builder you now have the ability to copy or delete items within the workflow quickly and easily let me show you what this looks like.

So here you come into an action and if you hover over it you’ll see these three dots appear click into that little icon and you’ll see your actions you can copy or delete if you choose from copy you’ll have two additional options you can copy just the one individual action or copy all actions from here meaning the action that you have clicked on and all the actions after it the other option is to delete and you can delete the node or the specific action that you’re on so this can be super useful if you’re just making some changes and you want to be able to work quickly and efficiently within the workflow builder especially if you’re using the copy action or copy all actions from here let’s take a look if you scroll down here and you have two different paths maybe you want the yes path and the no path to be almost identical except for one thing maybe the content of the email will be slightly different but it still will be a series of emails you just want the verbiage to be slightly different you could always copy all of the actions and then just click into an email to modify the text so this really can be a useful feature to help save you time and help you work more efficiently within the workflow builder so again you just click on this little three dot drop down and then choose copy action or copy all actions from here or delete now just one more thing when you click copy and copy the action you’ll see it’ll say copy here copy here copy here and you choose where you want it to be copied to and then you just click and the action will be copied right there it’s as easy as that don’t forget to save your changes before you actually utilize the workflow that’s all for now and of course I’ll share more updates as we keep releasing new features for you have a great day.
