Hey, it’s Melanie from the dev team with a quick update for you regarding the invoice section of your system. You can now capture live payments here within an invoice, 

So let’s say you’re on the phone with a client and you’re reviewing information and discussing an invoice with them you can come up here and you can click record payment from the drop down menu then you have two options you can either record manually perhaps if they paid you in cash or sent a check and you can always use that option or you can also use this option that’s now been enabled to charge a card click select to charge a card now perhaps they’re providing you with their details over the phone or something like that you can determine the amount to be paid whether it’s in full or if they’re making a partial payment and then you can select from saved or new cards if the client already has one or multiple saved cards under their contact record the card or cards will appear here if they don’t like in this case you would just toggle over to new card enter the card details and then click confirm and charge and capture that payment it’s as easy as that to capture live payments within the invoice section of your system that’s all for now and I’ll have more updates soon thank you.
