Hey, it’s Melanie from the dev team with some updates for you in the calendar section of your system we have made some updates to the user interface to make it more user-friendly and convenient for you.

So if you come here into one of your calendars and you can click directly into an appointment this window will now pop up and now from here you can do a couple of things you can see on the right hand side what contact record this is for and you can click this icon here to navigate in a new window to their contact record if you want to review anything within their contact you can also choose from the drop down here to make sure you have the appointment booked in the correct calendar you can choose the team member it is for you can confirm the time zone you can change the appointment title you can view notes by clicking this icon and then if you click additional preferences you can scroll and you can confirm the meeting location and the appointment status you can always delete the appointment if you no longer need this you can click back to undo anything you’ve done here and just save the previous changes as it was already booked or you can click save appointment to update any changes you may have made so if i changed the title right here I did test appointment a I could click save appointment and that will then be updated right here into my calendar and you’ll see appointment book so it’s now been updated then you can also so come over here and click book appointment using this button here and the same type of pop-up will appear here you can search by name email phone number or company and you can choose a contact record let’s go ahead and pick this on and then you’ll see here you have the same type of options so to select a calendar a time zone an appointment title additional preferences and then you see the contact here now for the person we actually don’t have a name so in this case you may want to actually click into the contact record update their information to add their name their company information anything like that and then click down here to book the appointment and then you’re all set that’s all for now and of course I’ll share more updates as we keep releasing new features have a great day.
